Permaculture Weekend 23/24 July

Laganvalley Permaculture’s two week Permaculture Design Course is unfortunately not going ahead this year, it seems there is not enough demand for a two week course as yet! We are sorry to disappoint those of you who were interested…

Graham Bell has kindly offered to visit Northern Ireland over the weekend of the 23/24 July to meet anyone interested in permaculture here, and to discuss how to go forward. This is a great opportunity to get the ball rolling for permaculture activism in NI, which is happening in countries as diverse as Angola, Palestine, Japan and the Ivory Coast. We be pleased to welcome anyone interested in finding out more, or anyone who already has a deep interest and involvement who would like to see the permie scene develop in NI. Everyone is Welcome!

We will be hosted at the Quarries farm, near Bangor                        http://www.growingconnectionsproject.org.uk/. We are very grateful to Growing Connections for their hospitality, and look forward to seeing how they have applied permaculture principles on the farm.

There will be a small charge for the weekend to cover catering and venue costs. You can come along to both days, or come on the Saturday or Sunday, whichever suits you best. You can camp, stay nearby or just come for a day trip.
